Curriculum Development Based on Vocational Ability
Structure is a method of expediting work of management, human resource and
functions in solving problem to ensure smooth work. CUDBAS has gained
popularity in Japanese corporate education fields and it is put into practice
in different parts of Japan.
By applying the technique it can be used to
describe experiences and skill in detail also enable the prediction of future
work simulation.

Course Instructor
The instructor for this course are Mr Rhoma Erma Bin Zaini.
He currently teaches the Industrial Training program at ILP Ipoh and a Certified CUDBASS
Leader and have more than 10 years of
experience in the field of Industrial Training.
